1) On Sunday, January 29th, Mr. C. has arranged a hike on Mt.
Penn.
We need to know no later than 1/26/12 who will be attending. I will
have
a sign up sheet at Reading rocks as well as at the meeting on
1/26/12.
I would like to see a good turn out for this.
2) Hawk Mountain Council has revised their Summer Camp Fee
Schedule. The $30.00 registration
fee is now due at Council no later than February 15th. With
that being said, we need to have each scouts $30.00 deposit paid at
this years Court of Honor on February 5th.
3) As part of Hawk Mountain Councils revised summer camp policy,
they have also made the following changes. Full Camp payments made
between January 1 and March 30, 2012 will receive the best weekly
cost of $285.00. Payments made April 1 through May31, 2012 will be
charged $300.00 for the week. Payments received after June 1, 2012
will cost each Scout $325.00. I feel we should target March 30th for
our payments to go to camp and take advantage of the best rate. I am
open to suggestions regarding this point and look forward to your
input. Each adult attending will remain at $130.00 for the week.
